Sorry for the recent silence.

While things have been busy around here, all the holiday receptions and parties this year have become suddenly subdued, and rightfully so.

Seeing little children going to their graves in Connecticut just  a week before Christmas has given everyone  pause.  And all our hearts are hurting.

Not only  those of us in America, but people across the world.

Surely something must be done.

Perhaps Christmas, with its promise of enlightenment, joy and peace can help us through this most difficult  of times.

I don't know.

All our hearts  are hurting.
